Golf Committee Meeting July 6th
present.   George S, Marc G. Jack M, Bill S, Ceil C, Jack S, Bob B, Lori G, Ruth S.
 
George presented condensed sponsorship letter.  One page outlining options. See letter emailed . Committee added a $500 option
 
There will be no  Hole in one contest this year.  
 
George distributed  Sponsor names and addresses. It was decided to not only mail the  Past Sponsors the letters but to make personal approaches to them.  Bob B will be responsible  for this.  
 
Lori G and Dan  L. part of this sub committee. Looking for more help.
 
Agreed that personal approach is better.  Bob will ask EHRC members that got sponsors in the past to approach those people.
 
Registration  forms will be sent to past players.
 
At the next meeting on July 20 . committee members will stuff envelopes to be sent to past players and sponsors .
 
Marc Glass offered to sponsor the golf carts.
 
Lori G offered to try to collate lists of sponsors , players and volunteers.
 
Save the Date cards have been printed  & ready to mail
 
The buffet dinner has been changed to a sit down dinner  at the same price.
  Breakdown of costs. 
  $83.00 per player less $10.00 rebate from M Cty Club,  Lunch and dinner  $51.00. + gratuity(20%)
  figures may not add up. (bad notes) but total cost per player  is $152.00 This figure includes  paying for volunteer meals.
 
Marc  will approach M Cty Club to see if we can have a roving beer cart as opposed to stationary ones . 
 
All EHRC members will be ASKED to pitch in and get gift cards, raffle prizes, sponsors, etc
