Deidra recommended her as a guest speaker and provided the following introduction:

I am connecting you with Diane Bailey, the Director of the CT chapter of Miss Amazing.  She would love to be a speaker at one of our rotary meetings in the future.  I sit on this board as their treasurer.  This fits in with our theme of empowering women and some of the girls in the chapter were helping to pack feminine hygiene care packages with me yesterday for one of their service projects.

I met her daughter Chelsea Bailey through National Night Out here in East Hartford and Chelsea has worked with me at Bakery On Main in the past.

Keven Matthews is the owner of Precision Leadership Strategies LLC. He is a thirty year veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Keven attained the rank of Colonel, and is an operations and strategy professional. Keven has commanded Marines from the infantry platoon to the Colonel level of command in both peace and in war.
Keven is also an Asia security affairs expert with numerous tours in East and Southeast Asia. He served as a military attache to the American Embassy in Singapore and led the largest forward posture of Marine Corps forces in Australia. As a veteran of Operations Southern Watch (2001) and Iraqi Freedom (2005-2007), and the United Nations Mission in East
Timor (2001), he served in numerous capacities to include commander, operations director, combat advisor and project manager.
Keven Matthews obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and a second Masters in Strategy. Keven is a certified Project Management Professional, Six Sigma Green Belt, and a Business Continuity Professional.
He is a native of Honolulu, Hawaii, and is married with two teenage children. In his free time, he enjoys restoring antiques, four-wheeling in his 1990 Jeep YJ, and practically all outdoor activities.
Keven is a proud member of the Cypress-Fairbanks Rotary Club and the Houston Veterans Chamber of Commerce.

Caroline is the Executive Director of the International Language Institute of Massachusetts and has been at the school since 1986 as teacher, administrator and teacher trainer.  She is also a Trainer of Trainers for the School for International Training’s TESOL Certificate Course.  

Caroline was a Rotary Youth Exchange student to Peru and has lived and worked in Mexico and Spain. She has a Masters in Spanish Literature from Michigan State University.  She is currently serving as Youth Exchange Officer for the Northampton Rotary Club and on the boards of the Greenfield Community College Foundation and the World Affairs Council of Western Massachusetts.
